El papel de los factores de éxito en los sistemas de información académicos

Este trabajo tiene como objetivo determinar cómo los factores de apoyo de la alta dirección y capacitación de usuarios influyen en su satisfacción a través de las variables calidad del servicio de informática y utilidad percibida en sistemas de información (SI) de instituciones educativas de nivel superior en el centro de Tamaulipas, México. Se recolectaron y analizaron 141 cuestionarios mediante la técnica de modelado de ecuaciones estructurales basado en la varianza. De los constructos abordados, el apoyo de alta dirección y la utilidad son los que tuvieron las asociaciones más significativas. Los hallazgos proporcionan implicaciones prácticas sobre cómo aumentar la efectividad de SI en las organizaciones.
