Abstract

Sexual divergence still means a taboo for western society, so that the gains and advances in acceptance and visibility still have a long way to go. Similarly, studies cannot boast an abundance, but, so far, they are a great contribution to expose the rejection and discrimination conditions in which the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transsexual, transgender, intersexual and queer (LGBTTIQ) are suffering. Few of the localized and analyzed research are directly related to the work environment and to teaching.
