Abstract

Presents an investigation of quantitative cut, it´s the second phase of an exploratory sequential mixed design that contemplated in the first instance a qualitative research, hermeneutics type, both based on the general question: How have active and retired teachers in basic education learn to evaluate the learning process? For the present we consulted, through a survey comprised of 24 reagents, 305 teachers from 18 States of the country, who report being graduates of 54 institutions of higher education; we parted in two possibilities: initial training or the professional practice. The main results suggest that the majority of teachers has understood the ways of evaluating the learning of their students through the own professional practice.
