Abstract

This article presents the results of a research for evaluating the Master's program in Educational Innovation of the University of Sonora from the perspective of its graduates. This document is one of several inputs requested by the CONAYT to recognize the quality ofthe training of master students. The aim of the investigation was to assess the relevance ofthe study plan, check the academic and work trajectory of the graduates, and find areas of opportunity to improve the program through curricular and organizational adjustments. The data were collected through an electronic survey applied to three generations of graduates. The obtained results indicate the satisfactionof the graduates, as well as the pertinence in practices, faculty, content, teaching systems, tutorials and infrastructure. The impact of the program is verifiedin the labor insertion of the graduates and in their continuity in doctoral studies.
