Abstract

Objective: To determine the changes of the changes of the effect of the physical activity and reduction of the consumption of soda drink in 39 students of La Facultad de Ciencias de la Cultura Física, de la Universidad Autónoma de Chihuahua. Method: The study was based on the quantitative-descriptive cross sectional approach. The procedure was: 1) Bibliographic review; 2) Three measurements of waist circumference, gluteus, muscle, IMC, as well as weight in kg. Height in cm an age were made; 3) Restrict the consumption of soda drink; 4) Hours peer week; 5) Analysis of the result and conclusions. Results: The correlation of the related samples among the 39 pairs of data analyzed of first and three measurement r=.9 for significance of .000, which implies that the degree of association is “significant”. Conclusions: In most of the students too fast, other moderates and a few a little more delayed than expected, culture in which they live taking soda drink is very common.
