Abstract

This study analyzes the educational reform in the regulatory and discursive part in the training of  subjected subjectivities , product of the dominant culture, and it shows, how a group of teachers question and fight the technical curriculum of the RIEB in their school and as political culture in general; and the way they challenge, encourage and reverse the power practices through resistance mechanisms sustained in an alternative pedagogy materialized in a process with has as a solid background, a collective subjectivity which works in the light of the critical thinking. The process of the subjectivity construction of the teachers is approached through the Marxist dialectic materialism and the vision of the psychoanalysis of Reich and Butler where the subjectivity is claimed as product of the culture, through a qualitative focus and the deep hermeneutics of Ricoeur with deep interviews, focal groups and document analysis.
