Abstract

The present investigation realizes in the period 2017-2018, where the main aim is to determine the level of satisfaction regarding the training of the graduates of the Degree in Preschool Education of the generations 2015 and 2016 of the IByCENECH. The methodology employed is mixed. It employs  due to the fact that when treating  of the perceptions of the graduates in the questionnaire of scale type Likert establishes inside a rank the opinion of the graduates, on the other hand in the focal group can contrast  the information when establishing personal contact with the subjects. They participate 71 graduates, of the generation 2015 are 22 and to the generation 2016 correspond him 49 that answer the questionnaire. Likewise to collect information in the qualitative part realises a focal group with 12 participants. The results present  in 5 categories, satisfaction, modifications to the plan, evaluation to educational, academic and administrative organization of the Normal, as well as the motivation that gives them along the Degree. In the different categories the graduates answer in intermediate ranks, by what shows a positive tendency in the assessment of the institution. Inside the findings finds that the  Graduates in Preschool Education  stand out the hits of his training institution, like the knowledges purchased, the educational that gave them classes, the impulse to the investigation, among others, but at the same time manifest nonconformitiesand contributions that well could improve the quality of what offers the IByCENECH.
