Abstract

This investigation presents the Coordination of the Institutional Program of Tutorials (PIT by its spanish name) experience, PIT belongs to the Direction of Academic Development (DDA) of the Autonomous University of Querétaro (UAQ), which in a challenge to take advantage of the use of digital resources, generated some courses in virtual modality.  The object of study for this research is the teachers and their approach more and more usual, for the use of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) in the classroom and their continuing education.  Mixed methods were used, it means, the use of quantitative and qualitative data, the information retrieval and analysis were done. The intention is to present a landscape of how the strategies for the implementation of "face-to-face" courses and their transition through blended learning to make them completely virtual, with all the challenges that this process implies.
