Abstract
This paper is part of a wider investigation. It presents fragments of life experiences shared by young people involved in theatre creation processes interviewed in Colombia and Mexico during 2017. The objective is to understand economic and expressive possibilities this scenic art offers them. The research focus on knowing working conditions of theatrical employment and how this kind of job promotes agency and other subjectivities construction. The results obtained from life stories, provide knowledge from the subjects about the pedagogical potential that the process of theatrical creation has as a way of possibility to display agency, the power that every human being has to think , feel and act in a thoughtful and deliberate manner; as well as to incorporate the contemporary in our thought, the creativity materialized through the creative act and the aesthetic and expressive possibilities offered by the drama.
