Abstract

The present work narrates the report of a research realized in an elementary school, in which the conditions are described by a group of teachers whom acquired the taste to be teachers. In the first part I show how it is that the obtaining of social capital by the teachers, related to the primary institution, gives teachers a greater margin of freedom to be able to be teachers. In the second and last part I realize that the purpose of the teachers' educational practices transcends from the teaching and learning process to those of recognition, affection and obedience of their students.
