Abstract

This research report was conducted in the South Central region of the state of Chihuahua, in the Education Sector 25. The study is mixed-cut, sequential exploratory procedure. The teachers consider that the evaluation is necessary, of their performance as well as their students, however, they establish a fair exercise and necessary to really impact positively the school performance. An evaluation of the performance of a teacher within a laboratory should provide an effective overview of what is being done or not done, with the intention of constantly improving, although it is necessary to provide the teacher with feedback on their work in accordance with the information that this evaluation casts, because it is not a tool for itself, it does not produce the changes in professional practice, nor the necessary improvements in it. The present study provided an instrument that allows to carry out an evaluation of a real practice of professional practice, which throws a panoramic vision on the teaching performance in the school classroom, in addition to the areas of opportunity, according to the dimensions of the lesson planning, methodological procedures, teaching methods, learning environments and teaching practice. The instrument was classified to the Alpha statistic of Conbrach, the result was 0.957, which is considered as a very strong reliability, the calculation of Kohen's Kane Index was used for construct validity, the score was 0.865, which agreement with Altman (1991) is considered as very good.
