Abstract

This study has as objective to know the emotional effects presented by the challenge of presentations, in psychopedagogy students. The students underwent a presentation exercise to know the effects and implications it has on their mood and learning. The results contain data analyzed from a descriptive point of view to reflect on the reasons behind the overall performance of the students in their presentations practice. Proposing ideas to improve the participation of students in tasks of this nature and shows the repercussions of said task. The study was done under the focus of a research inside and outside the classroom using a group of students that designed a project and made a presentation of it to the public to collect information in social contexts that present challenges to them. Afterward, the data were analyzed from a critical, reflexive and pro-positive point of view. Amongst the results obtained we found a population informed by the previously acquired knowledge, students more capable and professionals in communication and a university linked to society.
