Abstract

The organizational climate is an important factor that, recently, has grown in its description, evaluation, and interest in its research in the educational institutions of our country. Given that the perceptions the worker has of the structures and processes that occur in a work environment, their behavior is not only a result of the existing organizational factors, it will also depend on the perception that of those factors, it is then that the organizational climate will depend on the interaction between personal and organizational characteristics. In this work, the subject is approached from a quantitative and qualitative perspective using the software (Statgraphics and atlas.ti) respectively, in a teacher's college. The main sources of conflict that negatively affect work relationships were diagnosed and determined, to implement intervention programs to improve this condition. Given the changing characteristics and subjectivity of this condition, the importance, and convenience of the fact that this research should be done from a mixed approach, complement and allows for a more in-depth visualization of the elements analyzed.
