The partial empirical research report, shown next, is part of an institutional research, “La cotidianidad de las escuelas multigrado. Un studio interpretativo” carried out by CID, (Centro de investigacion y docencia, Center of research and teaching). A mixing study is carried out to get to know the state of teaching and the society around it in elementary schools in Chihuahua. Amongst other research topics in the study is the continuous formation, which contribution is, to analyze the dynamic and theme officially proposed to work in the formation of teachers and schools. There hasn’t been a research done like this before in the state of Chihuahua, hence this contribution is considered a methodological innovation. This preliminary report narrates the findings in the “Variable compuesta Mediaciones” in the formation of teachers and schools in the state of Chihuahua.
