Sustaining as the main goal of knowing the process involved in the formation related to employability and professional performance of the graduates. The theoretical frame to support this is the basic diagram from “Asociacion Nacional de Universidades e Instituciones de Educacion Superior (ANUIES); the methodological process is made by modeling a dominant focus, mainly retaking a quantitative methodology through interviews, enriching it through qualitative elements, utilizing the focus group technique, allowing to deepen the meaning of the quantitative data. It is worth mentioning, this first phase of “pre-graduation” is centered around picking up data from 8th-semester students that were about to finish their degree on Secondary Education with a focus on Spanish and Foreign Languages (English). They were given 33 question surveys, divided into three categories and subcategories. To conclude, the reaching and limitations of the first stage are presented, as well the trajectory that will pave the way to the study of academic performance, professional and the Laboral conditions of the focus group in the second phase of the ongoing research.
