Abstract

The following research consists of a transversal study done by the professors of the "Colegio de Bachilleres" from the state of Baja California, in the municipality of Playas de Rosarito, this study is a follow up to the "Formacion Docente para la Educacion Media Superior (PROFORDEMS)" program, completed in March 2012 and its possible correlation to the results obtained by the professors in the first evaluation completed in 2015. Analyzing the results obtained within the evaluation against the ones obtained by other professors and taking in consideration variables such as years in service, education level, PROFORDEMS participation, as well as having postgraduate degrees. The methodology used in this study is quantitative and its a preliminary study to another which will be done at a municipal level to determine if the results are similar in all the schools.
